h444 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

Welcome to h444. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the h444 platform — whether on a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any application h444 may make available — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Please read them carefully before you do anything else on the site.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and h444 ("h444", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They apply to all services offered by h444, including sports betting, live casino games, Andar Bahar, slots, esports betting, and all promotional offers.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use h444. Using the platform — including simply browsing it — constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. The Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between h444 and each player.

To register and use h444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. These are not optional conditions — they are hard requirements, and h444 will verify them during the KYC process.

You must be at least 18 years of age. h444 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. If we have reason to believe an account is being used by a person under 18, we will immediately suspend the account, conduct identity verification, and if confirmed, permanently close the account and refund any remaining balance to the verified account holder's parent or guardian.

h444 is designed for and primarily serves players in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using h444 complies with any applicable local laws in your specific location. h444 reserves the right to restrict access from specific regions at any time at our discretion.

• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity — you are playing for yourself.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of h444 or its affiliated companies.
• You do not have an existing h444 account that has been closed, suspended, or self-excluded.
• You have not been identified as a problem gambler or placed on any self-exclusion register that covers h444.
• You are using your own funds, not funds obtained unlawfully.

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one h444 account. Opening multiple accounts — under your own name or any false identity — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, h444 will merge or close the accounts, void any bonuses claimed across them, and may confiscate associated balances.

When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Your name as registered must match your CNIC and your payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, etc.). Any mismatch will prevent withdrawal processing until resolved through identity verification.

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. h444 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact h444 support immediately. h444 is not liable for losses arising from you failing to keep your credentials secure.

h444 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawal requests. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (front and back). Verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawals held until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on h444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). h444 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals — the full amount you deposit is credited, and the full amount you request is paid out.

Minimum deposit is Rs 500 for wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card methods. Maximum single deposit limits vary by method — see the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current limits. Deposit limits can be reduced (never increased beyond method caps) at your request for responsible gaming purposes.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. h444 does not process third-party withdrawals. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for wallet methods and 2–6 hours for IBFT. h444 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for verification purposes. Any funds deposited but not yet subject to at least one bet may be subject to a verification review before withdrawal.

h444 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games — which are published on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming.

• Bonuses are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or gift bonuses.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, device, and IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• h444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• If a bonus has been claimed in error or under false pretences, h444 will reverse it and may close the account.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds in your betting balance.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is Rs 2,000 per spin/hand/round unless the individual promotion states otherwise. Bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Certain games may contribute at reduced rates toward wagering requirements — for example, table games may contribute at 20% while slots contribute at 100%. Check individual promotion pages for game contribution rates.

All sports betting on h444 — including cricket, football, esports, and all other covered sports — is governed by h444's Sports Betting Rules in addition to these general Terms. The Sports Betting Rules cover specific scenarios for each sport and take precedence over general Terms in sport-specific situations.

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds can change at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the player.
• h444 reserves the right to void bets where odds were clearly displayed in error (palpable error). Players will be notified of any such void.
• In-play bets are accepted at h444's discretion. h444 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event.
• For live cricket, bets placed during interruptions (rain delays, drinks breaks) may be void if the match result is affected by the interruption, as determined by h444's trading team.
• If an event is abandoned or cancelled without a definitive result, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply per sport.
• Maximum betting limits apply and vary by market, sport, and player tier. h444 may limit or refuse bets at its discretion.

h444's casino offering includes live dealer games (including Andar Bahar, baccarat, roulette, and Teen Patti), RNG-based card and table games, and a slots library. All casino games are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages. Individual session results will vary significantly from the stated RTP.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be resolved according to the game rules in play at the time of disconnection. h444 is not liable for disconnection losses arising from your internet connection.
• Any malfunction of casino game software voids all pays and plays associated with that malfunction. h444 will notify affected players and restore stakes where technically feasible.
• h444 does not offer any game or side bet that is not clearly described in the game's published rules and paytable.

h444 is committed to providing a fair and honest platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of affected balances.

• Cheating and Software: Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to access or play on h444 in ways not available through the standard interface.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live table games or esports markets.
• Money Laundering: Using h444 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than legitimate gaming. h444 is required by law to report suspicious transactions.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or any involvement in match fixing.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods. Using false identity documents. Any form of fraudulent chargeback.
• Bonus Abuse: As described in Section 5 above. This includes opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, discriminatory, or abusive language toward h444 staff or other players in any communication channel.

h444 takes responsible gaming seriously and provides all players with access to tools that help them maintain healthy gaming habits. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated without contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that you set. Once set, they take effect immediately. Increases to limits have a 72-hour cooling-off period before they apply.
• Session Reminders: Automatic notifications after a set period of uninterrupted gaming time.
• Cooling-Off: A temporary pause on your account (1–30 days) during which you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term (minimum 6 months) exclusion from h444. Once activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period, regardless of request.

h444 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on h444, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

h444 uses your data to: verify your identity; process deposits and withdrawals; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; prevent fraud and money laundering; provide customer support; and, with your consent, send you promotional communications.

h444 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with our licensed payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required. All data is encrypted in transit (256-bit SSL) and at rest.

All content on the h444 platform — including but not limited to the h444 name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of h444 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use h444 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any h444 content without prior written permission.

h444 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uninterrupted service, h444 does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h444 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of h444.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or delays that are outside h444's direct control.
• Your own failure to comply with these Terms, which results in a loss or restriction on your account.
• Losses arising from actions taken in accordance with any self-imposed responsible gaming limits.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. h444's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Either you or h444 may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions below.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting h444 support via live chat or email at support@h444.run. Upon receiving a closure request, h444 will close your account within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

h444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; provision of false registration information; identification of the account holder as a minor; inability to verify identity; regulatory instruction. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, h444 may retain affected balances pending investigation and resolution.

h444 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, h444 will notify active players via email and/or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless an immediate change is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

Continuing to use h444 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under h444's operating licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from your use of h444 should in the first instance be directed to h444's customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, h444 offers escalation to an independent disputes resolution service. Details of the applicable disputes resolution service are available on request from support. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
